Orders may be placed online by clicking the buy now or add to cart button. You will then pay for your purchase with a credit card or PayPal card on PayPal's secured website.

Pay By Check

We will take checks by mail and your order will then be shipped after the check has cleared.

Shipping

The shipping cost is not free but it is included in the price of most of our products. So the price you see is what you pay total. Sales tax is charged for Ohio.

We ship UPS ground, allow 5 to 10 business days for shipping. If there would be any delay we will contact you promptly. All merchandise is insured for damage, in the event your order is damaged please notify us immediately.

All of the original packaging must be saved for inspection by UPS.

Product Guarantee

The craftsmanship of our product is guaranteed against defects for one year of receipt. Be sure to save your invoice.

Returns

Returns are accepted for 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund minus the cost of shipping & a $10.00 restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. You must call us before returning a product,

for approval. The product must be returned in the original packaging & insured. It must also be resellable. We do not accept returns for any custom orders.
